I was never a fan of fish and didn't really eat it until I started making it for Michael. Catfish. East to make. I bought frozen catfish from Whole Foods. There were four filets in the package for $7.52. The other ingredients I used were salt, pepper, seasoning salt, flour, two eggs whipped with a little bit of milk, and corn meal.
First place the fish on a plate, season with salt, pepper, seaon salt on both sides. Sprinkle both sides with flour. Next, dip the fish in the egg/milk mixture then dip into the corn meal.
Heat a large skillet with vegetable oil (enough to cover the bottom of the skillet) on medium high. Fry two filets at a time. turn over when the filet is a gold color on the bottom. Catfish does not take long to cook and is very easy.
